The centrepiece features the iconic Kibble Palace, found in the Botanics, one of the most prestigious remaining Victorian iron and glass structures. The 100% silk twill scarves are available in three colour ways - black/gold, teal/silver and berry/bronze. Each square measures 80 x 80 cms. This is a truly fabulous and unique scarf that will add a touch of luxury to any outfit.

Conformity of Goods

Our product descriptions and specifications are written with great care and are correct at the time of publication however these details are not intended to be binding and are meant for guidance only. Moreover, as a number of our products are made from natural materials there will be a degree of variation in colour/size.

Stock Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that our stock position is kept up to date, it is possible, for an item ordered to become out of stock before we accept the order. In this circumstance, we will notify you straight away, allowing you to change or cancel your order if you wish.

Prices, Duties & Taxes

All prices are correct at the time of going to press but are subject to change at any time. Prices are quoted in sterling and include UK VAT. They do not include any overseas duties or custom charges. Any duties and taxes charged at customs when sending overseas are the buyers responsibility to pay.

We reserve the right to refuse an order should we be unable to agree arrangements, price, delivery schedule and/or any other element of our terms and conditions.

Delivery

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail/Parcel Force. 2nd class post, 1st class post and Royal Mail Signed For 1st class/Parcel Force Express options are all used depending on the value of the order and the delivery service chosen.

UK Express Delivery Delivery within 2-3 working days.

UK Standard Delivery within 4-7 working days.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands and other remote postcodes may take longer.

Overseas Delivery

All overseas orders are sent out via the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service.

Europe Delivery within 5 - 10 working days

Worldwide Delivery within 11-15 days

It is our aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm (Monday – Friday) within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and credit clearance. If an item is out of stock and has to be made to order, please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Delivery within the stated guidelines is our goal however we cannot accept liability for the consequences of any delays.

How do I return my order?

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if you do change your mind about anything you buy simply return it to us unused and in its original condition, within 28 days of receipt (14 days for sale items) and we will happily exchange for you or give you a refund. Please note that we are unable to refund any postal charges.

Remember to obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.
For hygiene reasons we will not be able to exchange or refund pierced earrings unless they are faulty and we are unable to exchange or refund bespoke goods ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and under the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
