How can I contact the designer-producer or creative business?

You can email them through the site by clicking on the ‘contact the designer-producer’ button which is located on the designer-producer’s home page (to find this, type in their name in to the search box at the top of the home page) or on the product details pages (to find this, click on the product that you are interested in and you will be taken to the product details page).

When will my item be delivered?

Before making a purchase we recommend that you read our Delivery and Returns Policy.  Each designer-producer or creative business states their individual delivery cost and the delivery timeframes that are available for every product, this can be found on either their dedicated home page (to find this, type in their name in to the search box at the top of the home page) or on the product details page itself (to find this, click on the product that you are interested in and you will be taken to the product details page).

What is ‘made to order’?

Some products on the site are not kept in stock and are made once the order has been placed.  The ‘made to order’ information regarding how long a specific product will take to make is detailed on the product page. 

Why does it say that the item is ‘made to order’ and then there is a delivery time of 2-3 days?

If an item is ‘made to order’ the production time for that item is detailed on the product page.  Some of our designer-producer’s then offer different delivery options once the item is made so that you can select the one that you prefer.

Where is my order?

Please refer to the delivery times provided for the item (please see the ‘when will my item be delivered’ question above for where this can be found).  If your item has not arrived within the specified time please contact the designer-producer using one of the two methods detailed below:

· Click on ‘contact the designer-producer’ which can be found on either the product details page or the designer-producer’s home page.

· Click on the ‘enquiries’ button which is located by your order confirmation within your Account page
